How To Get There
Not using the LARP bus? Here are a few ways to get to our venue. In general we highly recommend using our provided LARP bus and scheduling your flights around our pick up and drop off time, but other options are available if that doesn't work out for you.
-
Shuttle
-
Bus & Ferry
As with most big city downtown areas, please use caution when traveling at night in downtown Seattle.-
Take the Light Rail to downtown Seattle.
-
The SeaTac international terminal is on the south end of the airport - exit the airport and you'll be on International Bvld/Hwy 101. Go North to the Link Light Rail station. It's about a 45 minute ride.
-
Walk up to street level. There are a few downtown stops but you'll need to walk to the waterfront, west of where you'll be in downtown. There will be signs and people at nearby shops can point you in the right direction.
-
-
When you're at the waterfront you'll want to take the Bainbridge Island ferry.
-
Take the Bainbridge ferry and you'll catch a Clallam Transit bus. Take the 1-2-3 straight shot line. Take that bus all the way to the end of the line and you'll be in downtown Port Angeles.

Risk Assessment
On application, you will have an opportunity to let us know if there are players you do not wish to engage with and whether you feel comfortable playing in a game with them present or not.
Flagging Policy
After signups have closed, we will circulate the names of prospective attendees to all that have signed up, and you can if you wish raise the following flags:
Yellow flag
' I don’t want to have direct character ties with this person.' This is for allocation purposes only, and won’t affect yours or the other person’s chance to get a spot. Choose this if you don’t believe that the person is unsafe, but for personal reasons you are unable to play closely with them.
Red flag
Choose this if you believe that the person is unsafe to larp with. Examples of this might be bullying, harassment, or abuse. We would appreciate some brief details about why the red flagging happened, but you don’t have to give a reason for red-flagging a name.
We will not tell anyone who red-flagged them, or why.
Once all the flags have been collected, the final casting and lottery will take place. We understand that saying you feel unsafe around someone can be difficult, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you.
If you feel that you need to respond with one or more flags, then you can do so confidentially. We will need, for administrative purposes, to share with the organizer group the fact that someone has been flagged. But the name of the person giving a flag will be kept confidential, as will any reasons for flagging that you choose to share with us.
We are happy to further discuss any individual concerns about flagging someone – please get in touch if you have any questions.
Code of Conduct, Anti-Harassment, Terms and Conditions policy can be found here.
